dark cloud's PMI TUT UNCLEAR. arrgggh!

in the pmi tut by dark cloud it says in step 18:
18. Copy every last file from the C:\PelicaninBG\PelicanMeta folder into this new folder.
does this mean copy the folders, or the files, and do you overwrite existing files when you get to step 19?
step 19: Then, copy every last file from the BGBatch folder into this folder.

Windows merges the folders and files with the pasted content having automatic priority over the original files as long as you hit "Yes to all"

previous PMI tuts I have used before have you copy the folders with the files inside. so i think wut its sayin is to go into BGBatch and highlight every folder in there (including any isolated files), copy, and paste it into the new folder
