I have a new question on swapping ( the meta ).

Alright I've reasearched this topic for sometime now. Swapping, your probably thinking i'm some sort of n00b.. Well say for instance I have Silent Cartographer. The game is scripted to have three Warthogs in the level. Now i've saved the stuff affiliated with the Scorpion from AotCR in a separate folder. And then i will take that meta and everything else i want to add and I'll swap it with the Warthog in HMT v3.. and i know everything about rebuilding and all .. Ok so after i've rebuilt the map and done my modding, I play the level and there is three Scorpions replacing the original three Warthogs. I've asked around and searched to see if anyone knows if and how it is possible to swap the Scorpion with the Warthog without affecting all three of them in the level. I would only want to change one Warthog, and that is any one of them that I please. Then perhaps change the others to something else. I've thought if its possible, this will have both metas or more of them included, and it will create a size difference in the map and wouldn't it cause an exception error? So can you increase the size of the map without having an exception, I haven't really been able to try, because I don't know how you would place an object and add it to the map itself without changing anything else that already exists, or must that be done?

Just a random question of something that I haven't really been able to figure out..

wow you are maybe (i dont know) the first person to rebuild a sp map just kidding but no you cant replace the warthog w/ the scorpian w/ out replacing all of the warthogs

Well i was using it as an example, I was doubting that you could, but there are some people that have superior knowledge of modding, and they can accomplish almost everything through only hex editors and common knowledge. I myself am not new to the modding, i've been at it since the early Quake versions.. Anyway thanks for responding.

Use the next sparkedit, it will support individual obj swapping with any obj of the same type.
