HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

EVERYTIME me and my friend try to create a game with a mod, no one is able to get in through IP or through the servers list. I don't get it, we're are getting really pissed off with this.

I'll list everything we've done to try to avoid this issue.

• We've tried creating a non-modded game then switched the maps after we got in. (This rarely works, ever since we started modding, we can't even create a NON-modded map without people being able to get in either)
• We've tried reinstalling
• We've tried changing our Network Ports around (This rarely works as well) Ex. From 2302 & 2303 with 2303 & 2303, 2303 & 2302, and 2302 & 2302.

All I want to know is how can we fix this? Is there something we need to change, edit, delete? Also, does modding only work with those that have OVER the recommended ammount of Video Ram to see Halo's full graphics? Please, anybody that has even the slightest thought of help, please post away.

Suggestions would help too?

You both have to have the same mods and maps and the same updated versions

Yes, we both have the exact same modded map. We send it to each other through Yahoo! Messenger with Voice and we both have the updated version for Halo.

hmm i have the same problem too except when i have a modded map ppl cant join and if i have a unmodded map ppl still cant join anybody tellin me y? and i can join other ppls games so im not sure if its my internet

are u using a router mb?

ya i am usin a router does it affect it though?
