A few question's

Is it possile to get MRI lightning to show up when PMI'd? If yes how? Also I was playing my level and for some reason the shild charger that I PMI'd from POA just turned on. I don't know why or how but if anyone does it would help. Last I have a mach plugin but does anyone know exactly what to put in the spaces to make machines work?
