Got a hanful of questions...

I don't consider myself a noob to modding. I have done the skin thing, weapon offsets, changing vehicle properties etc. I hate used HMT3 to relative success.
Anyway, I am starting to get into the slightly more invovled stuff and I started by downloading the turret mod tutorial. I have a few questions regarding that.
First, since you guys moved downloads to the forums, I didn't see any of the HMT plug ins, so where can I find them now?...oh wait, I just looked in the folder, is that what the vehi.xml and coll.xml are? If so, how do I install them?
Second, for the beginner turret mod, where you just replace scenery with the MP plasma turret, it says to swap them, but where? In HMT3 is it in PC Models section, or somewhere else? Do all the properties of the turret follow it with that model swap?
In the WH turret mod, it says that you have to replace the warthog models with the new ones, which I would imagine just compresses the indices so that it registers the same...anyway, does that preclude you from having warthogs in the map? Are you basically giving up a warthog for a stationary gun?
I am assuming that this can be done with both rocket and MG turrets..
If I want to add more scenery using the scenario plug in, where can I find that plug in?
And lastly, it says to use a piece of scenery as a turret that I will need to follow the directions in a "scenery to vehicle" tutorial. I checked the tutorials section and didn't see one for it....could I possibely get a link to that?
