How do i import scenery from one stage to another!

Hi ppl. i modd halo in hmt and spark edit. The only thing is i dont know how do add new scenery or vechiles etc to a stafe! i want to add the field generator to bloodgulch, but i dont know how! PLease help a guy out!
I know hmt 3.5 has a tutorial on how to do this, but i cant rebuild the map good for some reason, so please help me! i want to know how to add tags etc!
