What is the name of the object that is replaced with flames to make flames come out of the tires as you drive?

If some people don't get this I'll try to make it more clear.

1. Open Hex Editor and IronForge Bg Offsets.
2. On IronForges Site go to Effects.
3. Or just do a search for Slip Sand.
4. You should see the offset 00857290.
5. Type that in your Hex Editor.
6. You should see A4326E40.
7. That is the value for the dirt stuff from the vehicles.
8. Now on IronForges Offsets search for Flame Char.
9. It is under Effects as well. Now replace its value ( F0D38240 ) with the one in the Hex Editor ( A4326E40 )
10. Now save and if done correctly the warthogs wheels will be on fire.
