HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

please someone help me im finding mods to download but i dont know what to do after i hit the download button i do have ppf auto matic and my files are coming up as .rar or dds.rar IM SO LOST SOMEONE GIVE ME STEP BY STEP TO GETTING THESE MODS WORKING

if they're in .rar format then you'll need WinRAR to extract the files out.

if it's in .dds format then you'll have to apply it manually into HMT. Here's a tutorial:

Ok. You must download winrar from here. Once you install winrar then double click the file that you downloaded and extract the files. The mod will be inside the folder/file you extracted.

usually anything you need to download is in halomods files forum

and PLEASE for the love of all that is good and deep fried BACKUP YOUR MAPS FOLDER!!
