HMT not working! help plz

on my other computer hmt works fine but i'm at my friends and when i try to run it it gives me this warning
"C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\mscorwks.ddl could not be loaded"
do u have any ideas of what i should do? he just reformated his comp tho so i can't be a virus thanx.

Read the Readme next time...it's there for a reason. Download the .NET framework from www.microsoft.com
