hay sorry if u think im spaming but i am realy new to this i mean i just found out about halo custem adition like 2 hours ago and i dont get any thing all i want to do is creat and alter veacles and wepons , and maps and be able to use them in multiplayer

if ur that new, u wont be able to make a map
its very hard
