Is this possible Im trying to make a lasser beam for my plasma cannon that when fired lasts about 15 to 20 seconds. And its as bright as the sun in bloodgulch. I want to do this with out rebuilding the map.

what do you have against rebuilding a map? it is so easy. Infact, in the tutorials section there is a tut on map rebuilding that uses the laser as an example. It is so easy

Why don't you try and do it yourself?

I dont have anything against Map Rebuilding its just I have Xbox so its not possible. Also i posted to get a push in the right direction I have been working on this for a few days. If I cant get the laser beam to work my second plan was to have the plasma canon shoot a charged bolt and when
it explodes it flares or flashes for 15-20 seconds making everthing white.

Well, do you mean the Sentinels' lasers?

well d00d then y r u postin in the HALO PC moddin section eh? and also if u gonna do it 4 PC mabye u can do the health pack thing when u pick it up when its white

thats what I wanted to use but I cant Map Rebuild so I dont know how I would get that into bloodgulch?

The reason I post in the PC section is because its like 10 times more active than the xbox section also a lot of usefal information comes from this section. Update on my work I have gotten the Plasma grenade to look like the sun when its thrown the problem here is it only looks like the sun at a certain hieght and the person who throws it just sees the regular plasma grenade. The good news everyone else sees the sun.

i've done that...'cept for the times explosion this....but if you don't have the data in the actuall file...then no...it can't be done
