How do I edit the guns?
To change the look you can export the DDS using HMT and edit that in photoshop with a plugin you can get here:
You can also (in HMT) export the model as an obj in the [mod2] tag section and edit that in Milkshape3d (3dsmax won't work, you can only move vertexes when you do this and 3dsmax screws it up).
You can do a crapload of stuff in HMT with the weapons.
Just get HMT and Phenomena's plugin set.
