help with energy sword

i made a fp model for the energy sword and everything and i can use it in the game but when i switch weapons it disapears and i cant switch back to it and i cant pick an energy sword up either because it always disapears how do i stop this?

Get Phenomena's Ultimate Weapon plugin. Click on the energy sword tag, and uncheck "Detonates When Dropped". Also, don't forget to set the weapon ID to "Plasma Rifle". :wink:

or a flamethrower , he holds it with one hand if you make it a flamethrower :P

k thanks guys and another question is there a way to make the sword lunge like in halo 2? and is there a way to make marines drive vehicles? because in some of the mods here they said they got them to drive like here http://www.halomods.com/forums/viewtopi ... 5dcb3d059a

I am confused... i dunno how to use the plugin. HMT screws up when i try to rebuld the map (altho i highly doubt im doing that right)
How do you do this?
(i am attempting to do this for multiplayer maps like blood gulch and chiron, more if i get those working)
