HMTv3 Error Please Help

when i try to load HMTv3 it says this

.NET Framework Initialization Error
C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded
help plz

go to micorsoft.com and dl the .net framework.

i dl'ed the .net framework SDK thingy but it still wont work ill try again..

i think you gotta dl the other one too
i dled both and it worked for me

You don't want the SDK you want the framework. There's a big difference.

you also have to install it.. not just download it, i know this should go without saying, but some people these days...

i got the sdk and the other one installed both and i still get that error
