HOW CAN I MODD VEHICLES TO MAKE THEM FASTER?

i want to know if anyone one could tell me how to make vehicles in bloodgultch move faster : preferably using hex workshop
that would be awsome!

You are going to need to download
HMT.
that is a picture of what to do in HMT. Sorry if my screen looks a little funky, I have a vehicle plugin from Phenomena

Nice!
You should do what I do, run two editions of HMT. Just download the
original and rename it HMT standard. Then run a second copy with the
additional plugins in its plugin folder.

Problem resolved on AIM.
Just put all the .xml files that come with Phenomena's plugins into the plugin folder of HMT after extracting
with WINrar. That's all you have to do
