Problems with Halo

Im having problems with servers for PC. Every time someone trys to join a server of mine it says unable to join game. And ppl say on x fire when they look at my ip it changes like very 10 seconds. Whats going on

i dont know... but i think you have a false IP adress, i have one (my dad put it up) but mine changes every once in a while sorry... i cant help you a lot.... U_U
