Server modding??????

how is it that you host a server with a mod... and everyone has this specific mod (like extra teleporters to the rooftops or top of maps)... is it possible for me to host a server like that with out having everyone who joins it mod their own maps??? if so where and what do i need to download??? (i know i'm a noob)

If you make a mod, and host it, everyone will have the effects of the mod, exept they wont see them
To make them see the effects, they would need the modded map.

hey, if you make it that the AR has uber accuracy, and 5x/10x zoom, you could own them, and they wouldnt be able to stop you

why would you need to, unless you cant own people normally.

well, you see, if you suck (not saying i do), it would be considered an aid
and the effects of the mod would still be there, like the accuracy, i just dont know about the zoom
