Adding a mod level to a server

I pretty much have a jist of how to alter the physics of a level (walk on walls, make projectiles home, speed up W-Hog...etc.) but when i test it out on my computer and people join, they can't experience it. they can walk on walls but get skipping in the hog or see rockets go straight when they really home in on a target. Can't i just load this map onto my server and everyone share the parameters or is it like skins, and can only be experienced if downloaded per user?

Haha, ok...
Halo works by running the map file in the person's MAPS directory. If the server is running it, halo does not download the modded map. If you want this, get Sentinel.

An anti-cheat program for Halo PC and Halo CE. Sort of like Steam for Counter-Strike, Half-Life, etc. You can get it here: http://www.halomods.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=17583

if its just you and your friends playin the maps, put them on cd's and have them back up there maps into a diff. folder and have them put your modded maps in there halo maps folder. so when they join your server, they will b able to experience everything that you are. like what Onetoomanysodas said, ur server is running its modded maps, and the ppl joining are running there unmodded maps. so ur server is tellin them they are up on the wall, while there maps are telling them there is no way they can b up on the walls...thats why they get that "laggy" or "jumpy" view.

but check out this site:
http://halomapmodsandmore.myfreebb.com/
join there and tell them who told u about it :D
