well... there are too many stickies... but thats not something i would wanna mess with...
as for changing ammo you should get HMT...
go to the weapons tag and choose a clip and edit away...
heres an intresting vehicle mod...
the models were stolen... but intresting none the less...

as for heath changes im not 100% sure thats possible...
but there are trainers that will give you infinite health in single player if thats why you are asking...

Thanx, it helped, are there any tuts for HMTv3 for making guns better, vehicles, etc.
