I wanted to know how to make the monitor able to pick up an AR in The maw. (I know about the plugin and I have it but I don't know what to edit)

Um... which values do you mean? I already made myself be the monitor, but the monitor can't pick up weapons.

Well the monitor doesn't have a single weapon in the game that he can pick up. The reason the plugin works for things like the Elite is because the Elites can already use certain weapons. To get the Elites to use the AR, you would change the AR "buttons and numbers" value to something like the Plasma Rifle or Needler. However, like I said the monitor doesn't already have the ability to pick up any gun in the game, so that plugin is useless in this case.

besides if you use the monitor the checkpoints fuck up or at least they did for me when i did it months ago

Yeah, same goes for most of the checkpoints with mods applied. Like I was driving a Wraith in AotCR and the saved checkpoint from that now always yields an exception error, even with no mods applied.

Awww... but where do I change the buttons/numbers? I don't see "buttons" or "numbers" under weapons...
