why cant i access the "Files Forum" is something screwed up with it?

Nothing is screwed up with it.I went there right now.Hmmmmm.Try deleting cookies or something.Idk

no i havent done ANYHTING yet i want to no how to use them............ i mean i want to know how to INSTALL the PLUGINS lol

Welcome to my world... I got banned tho, and I have no clue why. But as for using the files forum, if you're looking for plugins, just click the link on the front page to it, go to the utilities forum, and search for anything with the name pluggins, and the one titled "HEK plugin set" is actually for hmt and hht.
