A word, a noob, and a whole lotta coffee

Ok my borther came here looking to mod his halo for xbox I told him to click one of the stickies he replied quote: "WTF is a sticky?"
and that little peice of grammar indicates that... NOOBS DON'T KNOW WHAT STICKIES ARE! I myself when I came here had no idea what a sticky was, along with many other things.
Possibly some moderator could change the name to IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT or something because the reason noobs don't read stickies is because they don;t know what they are.
Spaking of which I generaly ingnore the stickies as useless annoynces when I enter the forums, and it takes me like a week to find out about a new announcement or sticky.
Also I would hope that a reference sticky be made and people stop abbreviating EVERYTHING, it takes some hard thinking to figure it out and I still don't know what a BSP is...
Like a reference sticky could have all the definitions for the abbreviated programs and maps as well as links and other resources.
It took me a few minutes to figure out what a "frame" was when I was reading the HEK tutorial earlier even though I put one in my map earlier (stupi working

).
Thank you.

Moderators can't ban people, only admins can.

Moderators are not admins. kaptainkkommie and equinox may be listed as moderators (I'm not sure if they're admins or moderators), but if they're admins, then they are not moderators, and vece versa. Moderators are at a lower level than admins, admins have the power to ban, mods don't.

if a moderator can't be an admin, and an admin can't be a moderator (by both job descriptions being different). How come various people are? I'm not naming anyone specifically. But in the past, i've been an admin AND a moderator. Admin to "handle details" in the background, and moderator to shut the fucking assholes up. But that's where i've been B O T H. Just thought i'd clear it up. There is a difference between both a moderator AND an Admin. But. They can be the same person BECAUSE that person is possibly AVAILABLE to take on both RESPONSIBILITIES, get my CAPITAL LETTERING????? or not.......

The admins have all the abilities of a moderator, however not the other way around. But, hey, what do I know, I'm only a moderator on another site and an admin on another.
