In MP or SP? Well, I'll tell you how to do it in SP. You need a hex editor and an offsets list. In the hex editor, open the SP level you want and open the offsets list for that level. Then, go to bipeds in the offsets list and copy the offset of the cyborg (that is the master chief). Then go to that spot in the hex editor. Then, back on the list, find the elite special (also under bipeds, and I think this is the right one) then put the value of the special elite in place of the cyborg's.
