How are we supposed to post new mods?

I ask because I have two recent mods that require downloading the map file (or a zipped version) rather than a mere ppf. I'd love to upload them to the Halomods server, but they say to only submit ppfs, not whole maps; and the things I have uploaded (a movie or two) have never shown up in Downloads anyway.
My personal site is too small for these map files. Anybody have suggestions? I think the most recent mod is a pretty good one, but I don't know where to put it.
