Banshee in the Maw, issues

I have recently attemted to make it possible to fly the banshee istead of driving the warthog to the figter in launch bay 7. I had gotten into the banshee and it had one health, but it had the warthog miniguns crosshair and the minigun bullets, it looked like the bashee was equiped with twin miniguns, not twin plasma cannons. Now what i would like help with is what caused this to happen and how can I make this happen in Assault on the Contol Room and Halo, and the Silent Cartographer. Please to help.

um, if I understnd this correctly, to use the banshee in the maw, go find a warthog, in spark edit, select it, and swap it with a banshee, that's what I did... I flew all the way, except I kept hitting things and its health went down, but that was another mod I had in... anyways, hopw that helps...

yeah, you can just do that instead of an HMT switch. I have no idea how it happened (never seen it myself), so I can't honestly say how you can reproduce it... of course you could always just do a projectile swap.

Well i had done a projectile swap so the banshhe would fire rockets but it gave me the turret any way, i trie to swap the weapons platform in blood gulch but i guess that just made it not fire it at all and now i will have to reinstall that level (sigh)

i did an hmt swap and got the same results, its cuz the banshees in the maw are different from the rest of the game. if u shoot @ them after foehammer crashes, they just circle u and dont really shoot. import them in2 other levels if u want the same results.

That is just what help i needed, now i will add that banshee in the maw with the banshee in blood gulch, thanx a lot

the reason the banshee has warthog weapons was because you loaded from a checkpoint. you must do new game!

I did projectile swapping.
There cheap yet fun for me.
But I added a little more.
Just like 2 vechi and new models.

that would be a good explanation, also if you make a rmod that comes into play right at a checkpoit which you load it gives a loading exception error.
