btw, you should supply everyone with the DXTweaker used for FTW.. it makes everything look SO much better.

for those of of you who want this out soon, you're going to have to wait, because im going to help andrew make a better bsp that isn't super boring, and if any of you know me, you know how lazy i am... so it will take like the whole community bugging me to make me actually work

-null out the collision of the turret (ill do that if you want)
-compile the no ejection script (needs that of course)
-for the radio, did you just attach a loop the the hog vehicle? if so, give it a smaller radius...
-whats the point of the bump ramps?
-i love the table top and flame ramp
-I will make a bsp over the next week cus this ones really boring (no offence) i will send it to you to make edits and texture once deon
great idea for a project
side note: i began construction of a gravity gun for the map last night
the model is done and in game, animations work, etc, but the pull function isn't working properly yet. Its slow going because my ce and sapien are both not working so i am just making it directly into pc... so every time i look at it in game i have to put a custom model into pc, which takes time.
anyways, i am working on this project, so make sure you badger me into not procrastinating

Just follow the tut for ghost boost but on a hog and you don't have to do all the 3dsmax thingies.Mr.Brightside wrote:boost on a warthog is a very difficult task. I have a ramp idea, well its more of a track. anyways i got a picture i did in paint
so the warthog is on a track and you go forward, then when you hit the part where you go up wards, you get a BIG boost which will fly you upwards then down on a 90* (star is the degree symbol) angle, on the pic you need to put a roof on the part where you go up and where you go down on a 90* angle so you dont fall off. The red stuff is where the boost goes, and this is the only ramp idea i can think of

i seriously doubt it will be release on time because the model i was making for the bsp got corrupt and will no longer open. in otherwords, we must completely restart on the bsp, again... ramps should still be fine though.
