use HMt to export it's mod2 model as a .obj file, then edit it as desired, and re-import it.supa wrote:how do i open things with milkshape 3-D
WARNING: if you do intend to re-import an object, you can change neither the number of verticies or faces, all you can do is move bits of it around.
Question: how would one us MS3D to generate a collision model for a vehicle that has none (ex. the Longsword fighterbomber) without using HEK? is there a plugin for HMT that will allow you to export/import collision models as .obj files? or maybe by generateing raw-data for the ggeometry and importing that?

export everything, those duplicates are LODs (Leves Of Detail) used to reduce system strain by drawing lower-quality models when at a distance. edit all the LODs to be mostly identical and superimpose them over each other they way they were when you fist opened the extracted file

you cant, bt you can add vehics. select the vehicle you want, and in one of the drop-down menues select copy. then use the sawapper to make the vehi what u want it to be (the swapper may require trial-and-error as it doesn't allways show names correctly), then move the vehi where you want it.

On Halo PC, how can I make the campaign playable by a number of people, in a sort of Co-Op mode. I heard you could play Co-op on the X box version.
