help! people cant connect to my server!

ok well ive had the server up for a while and no one has connected so im guessing the problem still exists...

one thing i cant do which may be the problem is that u cant set my router to port forward. peow sent me that page but i cant get to the routers page bye typing in the ip address in my address bar anyone have any ideas?
