i have done it with 400% shiled getting up the shaft. Here have a look at http://www.geocities.com/iamthemonky/halo/shaft.mov thats us getting all the warthogs and ghosts up. or take a banshee and go into the tunnels..and at the area where the plasma grenades are...and sort of near the shield and cloak...back the banshee up..into the ceiling..where theres a little hole...and the when you get as far up..exit the vehicle..and after exiting..while in the process of getting out fire your secondary banshee weapon..the plasma cannon or whateer..then you will get knocked onto a ledge...from the ledge
i suggest you do this on a server with team killing turned off...get someone to help...throw a nade down on the thing..and then get a friend to shoot you with a luancher from under neith..and then jump..and then your over..its AWESEOM...up there...especially with unlimited nades...those sucker tanks never know what hits them

take a tank park it up top neer the teleports (doesn't matter which one) take you ghost and drive it strait down the barrel if done right your ghost will flip and knock you out wiht it's backend

Make the assault rifle also zoom to .5x for wideangle shots and an 8x zoom.
