i think it would be cool to mod old school games such as kirby, mario, legend of zelda...
but nowadays you can just make a game with the same sprites as the originals.
People get shook up, you know, when I'm introduced as God.

I remember when i first heard that bungie started making halo pc and i got so excited and started telling all my friends at school. I remeber my first kill on halo pc and i was cheering and screaming. I remeber when my new friend first showed me halo and i got good very quickly and after I got myself I beat the game that same day. Im 10 times better than him now.

I remember the days when Battlezone was first released (the 1998 remake). It was hailed as revolutionary for being a combination FPS/RTS. The story was engaging and riveting. The combat was fast-paced and intense. Every aspect of the game (except the bugs) was 100% amazing. Now I can't even get it to run on my new hardware. lol

I remember when SimCity 2000 was the most incredible thing out there. "You can actually build your own city!" someone said to me. I stayed up very late many nights hunched over my keyboard, perfecting my tiny metropolis. If only for the sheer sadistic joy of utterly destroying it with a UFO invasion.

Ah, good times... 8)

HEK is coming out..... This will screw over the halo modding community. Amazing feats like Mono's library mod will become something any newb can come along and do.... Challenges are becoming harder and harder to find.... I like challenges but not the kind of challenge HEK presents, it opens up the challenge to find a challenge.... This is the truth, not many people realise it now but the halo modding community will crumble under our feet. I dont want that. This is speculation but I think Iron Forge may have realised it too and left because of it. Lets just hope Im wrong.

Now, challenges will be a thing of the past. The halomods age of imagination shall begin when the HEK is realeased...
