Modded maps are moddable, yes. thy are generally more hacked together, though, so you may be confused as to why certain things are different from clean maps. I wouldn't recommend modding others' maps exceot for personal enjoyment, because if you re-released it it could be seen as stealing.

Ohh i wouldn't re-release it, i just meant, if i downloaded a custom map, i could change the maps tags. I would use it for my own personal use So im guessing yes. thanks!
