Model Help (mac)

(continued from title)... and I've forgotten how to inject models. I've tried many tutorials, but I need an actual person to help me. So... please help me (If this topic is in the wrong place, then I'm sorry. I didn't know where to put it. I think I've become a noob!).

Can you show me what tutorials you have followed to try to import the model? I think there are one or two floating around that are not complete and don't work because of that.
