If I own halo and pmi say a wraith into halo trial and distribute it would it be illegal?

About the most you could do is change anything that the trail version has in itself.

Thats illegal. Only stuff originally in trial may be distrubeted. Technically, all of it is illegal, modding in general, but doing that is against halomods standards.
