It's been tried in the past, and it's failed in the past. The best thing you can do is just help them the best you can. I used to be one of the few in the users forum who helped people mod. The rest just complained about the 'noob flood'. Complaining and stickying things doesn't help, going out there and giving out information to the individual who asks, does. As long as there's knowledge to be obtained, there will be those who want it, and need help obtaining it.

I'm not pointing this post at any individual. Just a generalization kind of thing ;P

very true, but people still need to stop being lazy and search also. ive helped more then enough i feel and it gets tiresome answering the same questions when all they had to do was scroll down then you get scolded by them when you tell them to search..

its like a catch 22 tbh..

Well, people read just as often as they use the search button...

Putting this here will stop some of fthem from getting into trouble, but other than that, a good majority will still be forgetting to read.
