No, I just checked the two members. They are differtent people, according to their 'joined dates' (exactly a year) and e-mail addresses (although these can be faked). I don't know why someone would want to make two, spookily similar accounts though.

Omega made a patch that did this
his jus used the patch and then compared it in a hex editior to a normal non patched exe
