Help with changing sound files with HMT

so ok i want to change the AR fire sound and i have a .mp3 file of a sound..it says it needs to be a valid APDCM wav file!

anyone know anyway to make my .mp3 file to a APDCM wav file?

plz plz plz help me! im new to modding O.o

wait one more thing..

good thing is that i can listen to the .wav sounds of the AR wen i save it..

but how come it still says must be a valid ADPCM wav encoded file???

i wanna change the fire sounds

how can i make the .mp3 file of the AR sound i want to be ADPCM?
