Adding sound to Maps

Hey I am trying to add new sound .wav files to the original sounds on the maps, i am using hmt 3.0 and it says that my sound files have to be ADPCM encoded. How do I do that?

Nope, gotta use HMT 2. It has a program that lets you make it apdcm encoded or w/e. Yup, go find HMT 2 somewhere.
