Are you sure you selected the right vertices and indices? And make sure you select yes to any new veritces, any new indices, and select vertices.new, indices.new, and yes to the modified offset list.
And you copied the sbsp.meta into the levels/test/yourmap folder correct? The file is made after the decrap

Yes.
Here let me give you a PMI semi-secret, it's kinda known but not by everyone.
The only thing you ever need to select as far as metas go for new items being added, is what it is. Let me explain
If your PMI-ing an energy sword, you dont have to select sword.weap.meta, sword.mod2.meta, etc. etc.
You only have to select the sword.weap.meta, and it'll do the rest for you.
If you PMI a pelican, only select pelican.vehi.meta
If you do a covenent storage, only select cstorage.scen.meta.
You only select the actual item, not the bitmaps and models and stuff.
Or select everything in the folder. Your choice.
