Sparkedit and HHT

I am on trial but i got a new problem in sparkedit... my problem is i heard ppl say that you make a vehicle scen obj yyyy and then you go to sparkedit and add tags and thats how to get vehicles in without meta swappin... but for some reason i do import the tag and when i go to scenery.. change to it aint there in the scenery drop down box can someone help me please fix this error
