i seriously cant find anywhere simply saying how to get a mod like if i wanted a new map how???

i tried the tuts but didnt work

i have a windows pc if dat matters

1. DOWNLOAD TEH MAP FILEZORZ!
2. BACKUP ALL JOOR OLD MAP FILES IN C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\MAPS
3. REPLEACE T3H OLD MAPFILE W/ TEH NOO 1!
4. PWN SOME N00BS IN HALO!!1!!one!

ok sorry bout the n00bsp34k i just wuz really tired and kinda pissed at meh freind i has backed up my maps

but i wunt a map that isnt a modded one how do i just make a new map that isnt an old one
