plzzi found the sound section and when i extracted a sound it was an ogg file is their a utility or something that can let me edit it ?

yes you can. download ogg converter from halopc.net in the mics tut section. if you want to make a reg .wav to ADPCM format, get the xbdcm codec or something and insatll it at priority "1" , then get the freeware program "Switch". it converts to a lot of formats.
