An inactive member made this mod: http://files.halomods.com/download.php?id=52570. And did a pretty bang up job. Some of the weapons leave beam-like contrails (the shotgun and the sniper rifle). I'd really like to know how he did the green beam on the sniper rifle and the blue one from the shotgun. Looking at HMT, it doesn't appear he added an projectiles, and it looks a little more advanced than a simple contrail color edit. This would be a huge help towards my own mod. Thank you!

why dont you open the mod in hmt... and look at it...

I have, but I'm not sure where to look. First I checked out the projectiles, and it doesn't appear any were added, so that crosses out the sentinel beam. The fuel rod contrail was different, but when I changed it to the one in the map (extended it to 60) it didn't change a thing.

try the particle systems it could be a rocketlauncher type particle system contrail thing.

Hmmmm...that could be a possibility, but which one do you think those contrails look like the most?

uh... i didnt look at it... im doing homework underneath firefox. my parents dont look at my taskbar so im gettin away wiht it. im suppose to be sumarizeing articles on illegal immigration... yeah... my spanish teacher is racist... against mexicans...

i just drop it down. anyway i can multi tab with firefox so it says spanish news on the taskbar
