1. download the program
...did u read the "readme" ?
should have instructions
try running it b4 starting halo and then try after getting in the game

i have downloaded it and it doesnt have a read me and i have made it so when i press a certain button it goes into third person but when i press that button in the game it doesnt go into third person

Ehm, the Thirdperson FOV mod is only for Halo CE.

the 3rd person FOV hack app by banana was originally for the pc version and later given the abbility to be used in CE
the newest version can be used in CE an PC

well i have run the program and changed it to what i want it to be and when i go on halo it doesnt let me go into third person

am i doing somthing wrong

you have to open halo then minimize (alt+tab) it and open the FOV hack and then open halo to full size, turn on num lock and hit the numbers to turn it on and off
