A.I.R Artificial Intelligent Rocket

Hey Guys im working in some cool rockets that home really well i named them A.I.R because it stands for Artificial Intelligent Rocket and they are so good at homing they might as well be A.I , My first one was a funny test
it is a rocket that homes very well but only travels at the same speed as the master chief, it is good at going in bases and cornering people.
My second one is the same speed as the banshee and is one rocket that splits in two within 60-100 metres in range it is not very good inside bases but is good at curving and in hills and similar terrain.
But my last one i need help with its gonna be a really good homing rocket but it bounces or doesnt explode in any material exept cyborg. ive tried some things but they dont seem to work, can anyone give me any tips.
