Outside programs

Yea I would like to start making my own mods and skins so I was wondering what outside programs do I need? I have the normal halo for PC not CE. Afew links would be nice to where i can download the programs. Or if I need to buy them a price would be appreciated.

go to the files forums, should b a link there, or do a search

ull need HMT and Sparkedit(map editor) and mayb PS 10 for skins

i got spark edit and it works but when i got HMT it was a Rar how do i make it a program?

you use Winrar to uncompress .rar/.zip files
