when i go to open my DDS file with Adobe Photoshop 7.0.1 i get an error saying "This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem." i followed infamouslink's tutorial on skinning here

no i'm using the plugin downloaded from the infamouslink tutorial. thats exactly what i followed and i get the same message
i used one of the download links from a google search but it doesn't give clear enough directions. this is what it tells me
Use WinZip to extract the file to your windows\system directory. If you don't have WinZip you can download it from: www.winzip.com If you have any other problems, see our FAQ at www.dll-files.com
