Teleporter Pair

Im new to modding and i have a quesion. With SparkEdit, i inserted a teleporter pair. And i can move it in all directions horizontal but i cant figure out how to move it up and down.
Please Help.

u hold the ctrl key then click to move it up and down, look in help and movement or sumthin to check other movements
