ok.. i got that.. i put in the plugins folder then i open it and it says somthing about not beiung the right version

save the bitmap image you want to change, then go to your paint program and customize how you want it, then inject your new skin on HMT. That may help if your having problems.

This is a more complex way go to http://www.mnwright.btinternet.co.uk/pr ... convim.htm
and download convim and then convert the dds to whatever you want

i cant get it to load on paint shop pro... now waht?/ i ahd the plugin.....
