Halo Pc Trial Modding Help

Ok is it possible? I just joined this site and downloaded Halo Trial for PC so if we can mod it can someone tell me how please I would really appreciate it, thanks.

yes it's possble.

I do not think that there are any tools that will make it easy though. You will probably have to hex it. Get Iron Forge's offset list, do a forum search, i think it is in a stickie. His site has tutorials for modding with a hex editor.

i used to mod trial. you can do meta swaps in hmt, but thats about it. no pmi'ing, plus hht and se dont work with demo for some reason. says the maps are 'not a valid halo map file' or 'file is compressed. please try again with a decompressed map file' or something to that extent. like edwin said, try hexing it. its a lot of work and you can get lost really easily but thats the only other thing that really works.
