Halo The Way it's meant To Be Played Mod

Hi i downloaded a mod called "Halo The Way it's meant To Be Played" which makes the textures in halo look better but have no idea where to extract it to make it work.

Can some1 please give me instructions on what to do after ye have downloaded this mod plz, thanks.

it duznt matter where u extract it, just use ppf-o-matic to patch ur bitmaps file
